Through a dynamic mix of movement, grounding, storytelling, and nature-inspired practices, participants are guided to:

About the facilitator:

I have delivered Wellbeing in Nature workshops in the South West, leading retreat days and corporate wellbeing programmes, and created immersive sauna and “fire & ice” experiences for large events and private clients. I am a certified yoga and meditation teacher, holding BAsc in Outdoor Education, long-term martial arts practitioner, Certified Bath (sauna) master, trained in the Wim Hof Method (foundation level), and a vision quest practitioner. My background combines embodied practice with experiential facilitation to create meaningful wellbeing experiences.

I specialise in practices that bring the benefits of the outdoors into both personal and professional settings. My sessions weave together movement, breathwork, and sensory awareness with practical routines drawn from nature connection and wilderness skills. Whether in a workplace, retreat, or community setting, I help people: Reset the nervous system, Boost creativity and presence, Build confidence and trust, Deepen connection with themselves and others, The result is an accessible, grounding, and energising experience, playful yet powerful – that leaves participants more connected, resilient, and aligned.
