In this online mindful juggling workshop, your staff will be guided through a variety of individual and group exercises to improve team cohesion, learn the skill of juggling and practise self-compassion. The session has been designed to encourage participants to let go of the idea of needing to be perfect straight away by celebrating our mistakes, in this case when dropping the ball.
There will be an emphasis on being able to notice when there is tension in the body and under stress and how using breathing exercises can support both our mental and physical wellbeing. The workshop structure:
– Introduction

– Step by step guidance of learning to juggle with three balls or objects
– Self-reflection
– Takeaways from the session
– Questions and farewell
After the workshop your staff will feel more connected and finish leaving with a smile and a greater belief in themselves in tackling new challenges in their role at work and in life.
