This inclusive, evidence-based session provides accessible, real-world strategies to support energy, hormones and overall wellbeing at every stage.

Designed for a broad audience, the session is suitable for all employees - helping to build awareness, confidence and support across teams.

What’s covered:
- How hormonal changes impact energy, mood and wellbeing
- Key life stages: PMS, fertility, postpartum and menopause
- Common symptoms and challenges at each stage
- Practical nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support each phase
- Simple habits that support long-term health and balance
