I offer a calm and supportive in-person space for individuals to step away from the pace of the working day and reconnect with a sense of ease.

This interactive workshop creates a grounding pause within the workplace, while also equipping participants with simple, practical tools they can return to daily or weekly to help manage stress and maintain a sense of balance.

Through gentle movement, breathwork, and mindfulness practices, we explore how stress is held in the body and how it can be softened with awareness and care.

During the session, I provide intuitive, optional hands-on guidance where appropriate, supporting participants to release tension more deeply and feel safely supported in their practice.

Participants are guided to reconnect with their breath, calm the nervous system, and build a toolkit of techniques they can use whenever they feel overwhelmed or under pressure.
My approach is rooted in yoga therapy and guided by the belief that rest is a powerful and necessary form of medicine.

Facilitator Experience

I am a 550-hour qualified yoga teacher with specific training in yoga therapy and Ayurveda. My approach to wellbeing workshops is rooted in supporting nervous system regulation through a blend of mindful movement, breathwork (pranayama), and guided meditation, with a strong emphasis on rest as a restorative and therapeutic tool.
I have experience delivering group yoga sessions, breathwork practices, and restorative sessions designed to reduce stress, support emotional balance, and promote a sense of grounding and clarity. My workshops are accessible and inclusive, creating a safe space where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build practical tools to support their wellbeing beyond the session.
I also have experience working in community-based and supportive settings, which has strengthened my ability to hold compassionate and grounded spaces for a wide range of individuals.
