Description

This session creates a powerful space to explore and normalise conversations around women’s health — including menstrual health, menopause, reproductive journeys, endometriosis, fertility, and more — through the lens of real, lived experience.

Facilitated by women who have personally navigated these challenges, the workshop aims to dismantle stigma, deepen empathy, and empower organisations to foster a culture where everyone feels understood and supported.

Participants will:
💬 Hear raw, inspiring stories that bring unseen health experiences to light
🔍 Reflect on how workplace norms and language impact wellbeing and inclusion
🛠️ Learn practical ways to support colleagues, whether through policy, empathy, or awareness
🤝 Explore the role of allies and how to co-create a culture of compassion across genders

Workshop Components May Include:

Storytelling from speakers with lived experience

Interactive myth-busting and anonymous Q&A

Group reflection exercises and empathy mapping

Resources and conversation prompts to take back to your workplace

What You’ll Walk Away With:

Increased understanding of key women’s health issues

Confidence in having supportive conversations in the workplace

Ideas for small cultural shifts and practical support mechanisms

A more inclusive and human-centred workplace approach

This session isn’t just about women’s health — it’s about human wellbeing, belonging, and designing workplaces where everyone can thrive.
