This immersive 'Fire & Ice' session combines the power of sauna, breathwork, and movement to create a unique wellbeing experience for your team.

The location can be arranged in the Frome area, Somerset, in a beautiful setting or can be taken to your venue choice subject to it meeting requirements such as: level ground, access to water, and in a 150 mile radius to Frome, Somerset. In a spacious, relaxed, and stress-free environment, participants will enjoy the heat of a hand-crafted wood-fired sauna, balanced with refreshing cold immersion. Alongside this, Kevin guides simple breathwork and gentle movement practices designed to improve circulation, stimulate the cardiovascular system, lift mood, and reduce stress.

The session will be guided in groups of six and rotated, allowing everyone ample time to enjoy the sauna space both with facilitation and in their own flow. It’s a fun yet restorative experience that helps your team reconnect with themselves and each other in a way that feels energising, grounding, and memorable, leaving them refreshed, uplifted, and carrying the benefits into both their work and personal lives.

Your hire includes a handcrafted sauna (comfortably seating up to 10), two invigorating plunge baths, and an outdoor shower for a refreshing rinse between sessions.
